Responsible gambling
Gaming is entertainment. It can be enjoyable, and most adults who play do so without harm. A smaller number of people lose control of the time or money they spend. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and stop when it stops being fun. Real-money play on CroreBet is for adults aged 18 and over.
Compulsive gambling
Signs that play has become a problem include being unable to stop, borrowing money to keep playing, a change in mood around betting, and putting a job or family at risk in order to gamble.
If you are not sure, you can take an anonymous test here:
Limits
A loss limit is the most you are willing to lose over a period you choose. You can change that limit later. The new limit does not apply at the same moment in every case.
A tighter limit takes effect as soon as it is saved. A looser limit takes effect 48 hours after the change, so a decision made in the moment cannot raise the cap straight away.
To set a limit, log in and send the request from your profile.
Self-exclusion
You can tell us you want to stop. Log in and send that request from your profile. We will limit access to the account and take you off promotional offers for the period you ask for.
Self-exclusion is for stopping, not for a short pause. If you only want a break of a few days, use the limit tools first.
Gambling problem
Ask yourself these questions:
- Does gambling keep you from work or classes?
- Do you gamble to pass the time or to stop feeling bored?
- Do you gamble alone for long stretches?
- Have other people criticised your gambling?
- Have you lost interest in family, friends or hobbies because of gambling?
- Have you lied about how much money or time you spend?
- Have you lied, stolen or borrowed so you could keep betting?
- Are you unwilling to spend that money on anything else?
- Do you keep playing until the money is gone?
- After a loss, do you feel you have to win it back as soon as you can?
- When the money runs out, do you feel lost and want to play again immediately?
- Do arguments, frustration or disappointment make you want to gamble?
- Does gambling leave you depressed, or thinking about harming yourself?
If you answered yes to several of these, contact one of the organisations below. If you feel in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Underage gambling
We do not accept play by anyone under 18. An account that is found to belong to a minor is closed.
The internet still makes it possible for a child to try to register. Parents can block gaming sites with filtering software:
